DELIVERY / EXCHANGE / RETURN / TERMINATION / WARRANTY
The Sacra-Tec store delivers products to Croatia, all European countries and most of the world’s countries. Delivery costs are borne by the buyer.
The shipping price will be highlighted when the billing process is started, and it is defined according to the weight of the products in the cart. The delivery price includes the handling costs of sending the package.
In order to check the delivery price, you can start the payment process at any time, and after checking, continue shopping until you have selected all the desired products.
The products ordered and paid for will be delivered to the Customer in accordance with the note for each product depending on the time required for production, i.e. for products that are immediately available within 3 working days for packages within the Republic of Croatia, provided that orders are received by 3 p.m. from Monday to Friday, on a working day, counting the next working day from the day of the order. Working days do not include: holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. The package is delivered to the customer exclusively on working days from Monday to Friday. In the event that the Seller is unable to deliver the Purchased Product within the specified period, he will inform the Buyer about this in order to agree on a new delivery period. In this case, the Buyer has the right to terminate the Agreement. The delivery period of 3 working days does not apply to the delivery of packages to islands and smaller places in the Republic of Croatia.
We send the shipment number to the Customer’s e-mail, and he can see the status of his package at any time on the pages of the courier service GLS-Croatia d.o.o.
Delivery is made via the (courier) service of GLS – Croatia d.o.o. We deliver packages to the Customer’s address. If the customer is not able to pick up the package on a certain day because it was not available at a certain time, then we deliver the package on another day.
REMARK:
During registration or in the order process, the Customer fills in his personal data (name, surname, address, postal code, mobile phone number, email address) for the purpose of delivering the ordered goods. LineUp d.o.o. is obliged to protect the personal data of customers in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and in accordance with the General Regulation on Data Protection prescribed by the EU Parliament, as well as under the Law on the Implementation of the General Regulation on Data Protection, and undertakes not to transfer personal data in any way to third parties without the consent of the Buyer (except for the data for executing the delivery of the purchased product). Delivery is made by the courier service GLS – Croatia d.o.o. Packages are delivered to the Customer’s address. If the Customer is not able to pick up the package because it was not available at a certain time, then we deliver the package on the second day, that is, it is possible to arrange an alternative time and place of delivery by contacting the courier service beforehand. In the event that the Customer refuses to receive the ordered goods without a valid reason, Lineup d.o.o. has the right to request reimbursement of postal and handling costs from the Buyer.

When taking over the delivered product, the Customer is obliged to inspect the delivered product and in case of visible damage, he has the right to refuse to take it over and to request delivery of the undamaged product. In cases where a product different from the one he bought was delivered to the Customer, he has the right to deliver the ordered product, and if this is not possible, the Customer has the right to a refund in the amount of the product price paid, the delivery price and compensation for the cost of returning the product, and is obliged to return incorrectly delivered product.
During delivery, along with the purchased product, the Customer receives an invoice and a confirmation of receipt of the shipment, which he is obliged to sign. By signing the confirmation of receipt of the shipment, it is considered that the product has been received without visible external damage.

In the event that a verbal agreement related to the complaint is not reached, it is necessary to fill in the UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT.
Pursuant to the Law on Consumer Protection, the buyer has the right, without giving a reason, to terminate the Purchase Agreement within 14 working days from the day of taking over the product. The buyer submits a written notice of unilateral termination of the contract to the seller, at the address of the same headquarters. In the case from the previous point, the Buyer undertakes to return the delivered product to the Seller at his own expense, to the address of the Seller’s headquarters.
The customer has no right to terminate the Agreement in the cases prescribed by Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Act. The buyer has the right to return the product, at the seller’s expense, in the case of:
delivery of goods that were not ordered
delivery of expired goods
delivery of goods that have a fault or damage
The buyer, in all cases when he returns the product on any basis, is obliged to return the product he returns to the seller:

The customer loses the right to a refund or complaint in cases of unauthorized processing of the product or tampering with the product by the customer or an unauthorized third party. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
Upon receipt of the shipment to our address, if it meets all the conditions and has the necessary documentation, we agree with the buyer to return the funds. If the shipment received at our address does not meet all conditions and does not have the necessary documentation, we agree with the buyer to supplement the documentation or part of the goods. We inform customers by e-mail – in writing.
Complaints sent by parcel distribution must be properly packed in cardboard packaging. All claims that are improperly packed and that have visible mechanical damage during transport are returned to the sender.

Depending on the computer, the display of colors is different, which the Seller has no influence on. The customer accepts the order even though he is aware that the display of colors on the monitor cannot be identical to the product.

Upon receipt of notification by e-mail about a damaged shipment or wrongly delivered product, the Seller sends a new product at his own expense. The buyer is obliged to return the damaged package to the Seller’s address. The buyer does not bear the costs for sending and returning a damaged package or a wrongly delivered package.

The warranty is only valid if a warranty card or original receipt is included as proof of purchase or receipt showing the date of purchase, seller’s name, model number and product serial number (if applicable).
Sacra-Tec store reserves the right to refuse warranty if such information is missing or has been changed after the original purchase of the product from the seller.
The warranty covers defects or malfunctions caused during production.

EU ALTERNATIVE CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ARPS)
Throughout the entire European Union, you have the right and the ability to resolve disputes related to online purchases in just a few steps. The European Commission has designed a platform for such dispute resolution that will be available to all citizens of the European Union.
The platform is intended for alternative (out-of-court) resolution of domestic and cross-border disputes arising from sales contracts or service contracts between merchants based in the Republic of Croatia and consumers residing in the European Union (hereinafter: EU) in proceedings before the authorities for alternative resolution of consumer disputes (hereinafter referred to as ARPS bodies) that are authorized to conduct conciliation or to make a non-binding or binding decision on the dispute.
When consumers and traders file a complaint, dispute resolution bodies will act as mediators between the two parties to resolve the issue.
Once an agreement is reached on who will resolve the dispute, the platform automatically forwards the dispute to that body, which is required to resolve the dispute entirely over the Internet within 90 days.
